can i install wide band o2 before the cat on vp where the pipes go into the one piece thanks

You want it before the cat, and if you have it after the merge will read both banks. You can also get a fitting installed in the bank opposite the narrowband, run the wideband on each side to get some data then tune from the leanest side.
