Vn v6 808 ecu

Post by Troy 6 »

Hi is it possible to convert an 808 ecu to a vs type ecu with seq inj? Or has anyone put a vs ecu onto a vn v6 motor? I want seq inj.
Thanks in advance

VN V6 engine is different to an ecotec in many ways, would be far easier to buy another car.

why would you want seq injection? no real life benefit in it.
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.

I think you should be able to pass that with a good tune on an '808. There is no reason why you couldnt put a VS computer on it, but rigging up some kind of cam sensor would be hard, and creating a quality tune would also be a lot harder.

I was thinking that there is a provision in my vn timing case cover so should be able to drill it out and fit a vs/ vr cam sensor

Cool. Just know what your getting yourself in to :) For proper sequential you'll need to put a MAF based computer on it and tune that up for the vn engine.

sequential probably isnt going to help much.ive passed an emissions test on 1 turbo v6 just needs tuned to the same fuel ratios as stock so the cat works efficently nothing hard about it
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem
