It looks like an off the shelf USB circuit edited over the top of my pic of an 808 (originally showed a max232 for RS232 interface posted here in 2009 http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic. ... +mod#p1743 ). It probably can work. Make sure your ftdi chip is genuine.. current drivers dont work with clones (which hopefully has pushed most the fakes out the market by now). If it doesnt work complain to your FTDI chip provider. Also need to run an OS with high speed support (such as 12P) on the 808.
