GM You done f*cked UP with programming
Re: GM You done f*cked UP with programming
I suspected as much. GM emphatically do not want you to be able to fit second hand control modules to Global A / B vehicles. All well and good in countries with a GM presence - getting parts in Australia currently is a shitshow, eg: No stock of new E39 12651994 and no ETA on more stock as of a few weeks ago, as you know they have a pretty high failure rate! So much for parts being available for 10 years for new cars sold in Australia....
I've got to do another Cruze ECU tomorrow. I'm curious to give it a shot with SPS2 and see what happens? Worthwhile exercise or pointless at this stage?

Theres got to be a way we can just throw all the SPS calibration bins weve all collected over the years into standalone Global Tis

I can disable immo on the Simtec76.1 Cruze ecu if you get stuck.

Re: GM You done f*cked UP with programming
So today I attempted to use my 2 vin slots on tds, it ported me over to the new system. It wouldn’t allow me to SPS as the VIN wasn’t recognized, after much stuffing about I noticed that my region was set to North America, not Australia. Go to my profile settings to change it and it tells me that I need to be logged out, log out and that menu disappeared
Can anyone help with a stock file for a particular Vin?
