I would not think so. The claims are that its using known pre-existing vulnerabilities in the affected devices. So long as your patching is up to date on a supported firmware you should be fine.

do ; like ant said just make sure its up to date and keep across the dd-wrt forums.
that said i think they went pear shaped and now a port of it has taken it on (i think)

I'm running an ASUS router with Merlin firmware. Doesn't sound like it's an issue but I always like to keep it up to date as it seems that is about the only thing the average home user can do.
