fitting a vt ss with trac control???
has anyone ever fitted trac control to a vt ss series 1 it has abs but no trac and i want to install it and would like to know if i can just get the vx abs module with trac control fit it and the console button get my tech 2 and programm it would this work? anyone done this before?

the harness and connectors are different between the t/c and non t/c abs units
the t/c units also have an extra hose that goes to the rear so what you really need is all the junk , abs unit , brake lines , dash/bay harness to even get started with it and then fit your switches etc
big bloody job for little gain imo

Additionally the V8 tunes can not process the torque reduction requests as far as I know, VL400 may be able to confirm this.
Holden never offered TC on the Holden V8's, it wasn't introduced on the V8 until the GEN3 was launched in VT Series 2, and that is a completely different ECU.
