Figuring out a programming cable schematic

I need help to figure out a schematic to make a cable for programming a bike ignition.

The only info i could find is this made by the same company but not for my ignition http://www.raptorforum.com/forums/showt ... hp?t=46683

And this wich is a picture the green and purple are used to connect to the tacho wire and voes wire for programming white was the 12 volt ignition end so i assume black would be the earth

after looking at the other connector from the same company with the 9 volt battery is the above circuit just a voltage regulator or something more sinister
