Have a look at the following sites:
http://users.erols.com/srweiss/tableifc.htm
http://www.fuelinjector.citymaker.com/p ... 782443.htm
http://www.autospeed.com/cms/article.html?&A=0102&P=1

It looks like the old 1.8L Holden used about a 16lbs/hr, and Hyundai's about 14lbs/hr.
There are some listed on the site that go down as low as 9lbs/hr.

How low do you need to go?

yer im going to head out to the bike wreckers and see what i can pick up

but most i find on the net are like 34+ mm throat size
where the carby on the bike is only like 26 to start with
so 34mm may be a bit to big

possibly but also having a fuel injector to spray a nice mist into the air stream helps overcome low air speed issues a bit

Half a pound per horsepower is a minimum. So a 14 lb injector would be enough for 28hp.

I would be hesitant about putting a 34mm TB on a 140cc bike. I had enough trouble with a 36mm TB on a 530 single. You will need a battery and GOOD regulator/rectifier if you intend to go for EFI. Does the magneto have enough load capacity to run the EFI? Single cylinder bikes are much harder to convert than a car.

Whats wrong with the carb?

If you can get them running right they can be a good thing. Would love to see some pics if you get it going.

:study: been doing a bit more reading on injectors and i made some ground

GONZO
when it comes to the power thats still up in the air
from what i have found out the older type stator should with a better reg.
but as it is no longer used some say im out of luck

and well there is nothing wrong with the carby new bike :cash: :cash:
with mini moto it all bling and wank factor
but there is a big debate on the best carby to run

so when asked what carby i run i can watch the eyes   :o :o
when i tell them what i run for a carby
