Gee that was quick can't get stuff interstate here that quick sometimes. Have you got on the data for the MAF? I could screen shot it over the weekend if you need it.

Yeah it wasn't bad. Sometimes it takes ages.

I ordered parts from an out of town supplier recently and they arrived overnight where as most places in Auckland generally take 2-3 days to arrive and they are local.

Can I have a look at at that data please. I have some numbers but it's always good to compare :)

they don't keep there spacing when typed here, frequency on the left, grams on the right.

That's the read from the PCM that MAF come from.

Awesome. Thanks for typing all that out. That is a bit different to the data I have I think but it looks to be fairly close to the V6 MAF up to 10000hz so it shouldn't require to much adjustment to get the it running sweet with the L67.

It's play with the diff day.

Pressed bearing onto the new centre, fitted the crown wheel etc. New bearings/seals in the hubs too. Then start setting it all up (I put the pinion in last week some time but no pics). ATM it's all just a dummy assembly to check it all over. No pinion seal or O ring seals in the hubs ATM until I'm happy with it all. Gave it all a coat of paint too last week.

Starting to assemble it and check/set the back lash.

Working on the floor just wasn't working out to well so I mounted the sucker on my home made engine stand.

And probably the most critical part, the wear pattern.

What do the diff experts think? Back lash is about .007" (Motive Gear recommend .008") and the wear mark is probably a touch high up to tooth?

So this todays effort is this,

After seeing a thread on the L67 Torque forum where another member had done the same thing and lost a heap of boost I though I'd do mine to compare and it looks like the same result. Lost a heap of boost but as a bonus the air intake temps are lower. Unfortunately I forgot to hit record on the logger so I have no data at this stage. Going out to do another run shortly to get some numbers. Car feels totally different though, certainly lost a little throttle response.
