I'm so glad I'm not the only one who can't see a problem.

Looks over saturated to me, just a tad.

its almost 'overblown' as vlad suggests, saturated, but, with too much light
its not too bad, i'm just fussy with shit. i was pissed off last time i went to lady bath falls at mt buffalo ; i'd taken a pic of a waterfall and blew it out - to a point where i'd lost definition and couldn't do anything with it.

ps: normally with a DSLR, if you leave it in auto or scene mode, you won't have these issues.
my DSLRs sit in manual mode only as i've a pretty good idea now of how a scene will turn out based on conditions.

Nice photos!!

The tree looks pretty close, but can you touch it up a little in lightroom or similar? The grad and radial filters do a great job of it.

I left it VL ; it was sunny and the tree helps show that.
Theres a night one coming where i used the grad filter to pull out light from shops down the main street.
