Yep, but not one of THOSE flats.... although having said that, they have made a real concerted effort to clean up hyde street this year before the new crop of students arrived. It's looking much better than previous years.

Yeah, distinct difference between the north end and south end haha. At least youll know theres always potential tenants.

Yeah, our place is in the north valley and well away from the more common rowdy student flats.
