I’ve almost finished my bench and the top is only 8mm, but I’m not making anything precise on mine though. Any thicker though and I wouldn’t have got the sheet out of the ute. Easy enough at the steel yard with the forklift, not so easy at home.

Got some cheap eBay casters with brakes and it can scoot round the shed OK at least.

That is a handy set up, sort like the Eliot engineering tables, there great for gabbing stuff up quickly !

A new set of manifolds for the vb and I'll make a jig off them after so I can make a few sets
