Ls1 health check

Post by Wade »

Ok im trying to do a health check on my vz ss. Done a comp test and all cylinders are around 165psi give or take 5psi. Now its fitted with the factory oil pressure guage and at operating temp sits at 3. Anyone know if that means 30psi ? Cant really find any info on the guages. Also are the factory guages realiable enough ti go off

Tap in an external mechanical gauge on the engine and check.
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.
