I recently fitted an electronic oil pressure gauge just to fill up a hole beside the wideband gauge and it works fine until it gets hot then gives 0 oil pressure yet the original oil light doesn't come on and i can see it is pumping plenty of oil at the lifters.
So i tried another one different brand sender etc same issue though i did notice on one of them if i sprayed it with degreaser to cool it down the oil pressure come back up again.
Anyone else had this issue and found a fix or a decent sender unit won't fail. ?

Check your ground strap between the engine and the chassis. Also make sure you don't have too much sealant on the threads into the block/head.
