Application: VS - VY (Ecotec) [v6].
Description: Allows you to switch between 4 tunes. Real time switching is possible, depending on the tune configuration.
What you get: Memcal comes complete, including the 4Mbit EEPROM (To switch between 4 possible tunes). Also comes bundled with required jumpers, cables, wiring diagrams & instruction manual
Assembly: Basic soldering skills required to wire up toggle switches for tune selection / kill switch.

given that a VX and VY have got no memcal and are on board flash, how is this installed into them?

I would say he is talking about the VX and VY L67 vehicles which do use memcals. It's also possible to remove the flash chip from a VX or VY ecotec and install this Multi-Rom memcal.

My bad. I should have been a little more specific and said for VX - VY's its only for L67 ECU's.
