if i had a vr v6 ecu and loom and a black 202. do i still use the camira module on the dizzy. can i remove the dizzy cap and use the vr 3 coils.

also i have seen the vt 5.0 uses a twin hall effect dizzy. would the v8 dizzy fit the 202 and could it run sequential spark and fuel.

your ignition module needs to match the type of engine position sensor your using.

If you can keep the sensor and ignition module, then you can swap between some setups. you can mix between map based system hardware (vn->vr)

If you wanted to keep ecotec ignition and run sequential then you'd want to run the matching MAF pcm. This is technically possible but would be a lot harder to set up a suitable cam trigger on a 202, and im not aware of it having been done.

Most people find the MAP stuff a far simpler conversion on 202s, with enough benefits to justify it.

Best bet is to convert to a VR series ecu and loom, 808 ecu with 12P code for manual or 424 ecu with 11P code for manual.

Not related to this thread, but with commercial kalmaker software.

so are you saying i need a camira ecu and loom to run a delco on the 202.
i thought the camira, vn v6, vn v8 and vt v8 were all the same ecu
