engine light is only needed to get error codes out of it, which is irrelevant if you have laptop data logging .... but i would recommend hooking it up once you have it on the road.

At this stage I think the starter motor has done more miles than the engine!
It seems It’s not getting any fuel. I know the fuel system is good but it doesn’t seem the fuel injectors are firing at all.
Any ideas?

does data logging show an rpm trace when your cranking the motor over ?

is there 12vto the injectors when the ignition is on ?

Yes the ecu is definitely getting an rpm signal. The battery is a little discharged so maybe not full 12 volts when cranking but something close. The injectiors are wired after the efi relay as per the diagrams. I’m thinking maybe the engine isn’t cranking fast enough for the ecu or that the injectors are spuds. I’ll be testing them today to see if they are spraying when given power and ground

Alrighty, well good and bad news. I got it started but it runs like dog crap. I’ve uploaded the straight 6 tune onto it. It took a push start to actually get it running has it can’t start off of the starter.
Here’s the video for it:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

With the Straight 6 tune did you,

Under Scalar, set EST params - Spark reference angle too 10deg?

Yep, sure did
I’ve attached a photo of the spark plugs. Mind you, these are brand new prior to starting

Turns out you were on the money! I did set it beforehand but since I reuploaded the unchanged one again (to double check it was the right tune) I forgot to set the initial timing!
