The hole was always 57mm towards the passenger side and 57 mm down from the middle of the main harness. I'm pretty sure it's in the paper work somewhere.

my bad, I was looking at the diagrams with measurements. I will check if the stated measurements work.

I got a brand new 500GB IDE drive from ebay and it arrived today. So I played with my server based retro PC.

Got win 2k3 x64 going on it and surprisingly all the hardware worked and had no issues with drivers even though win2k3 was not designed in mind with the GPU and sound blaster card I have, oddly I had tons of issue on XP and some on 2k with the cards, especially the SB audigy 2 which basically did not work for any of the OS it was made for correctly or not at all, needing 3rd party drivers to work, I didn't even have 2k3 driver, I just installed the XP drivers and it worked first go lol. I can't work that out, but works so I'm happy.

One issue I have is I can't install any browsers at all, I got opera and firefox of an older version tha's compatible down to win2k and they just don't do anything when I click on the installed, same thing for both.

Googled the shit out of it and can't even find a single case where some had this so no idea how or whats going on there? Have all service packs installed too.

ie doesn't even work, loads but goes to no sites. yes I want to install another browser.

I tested a game, whole purpose of this pc. UT2004 and it works way better than XP did on this setup, much better compatibility and faster performance by a long shot.

having a proper 64 bit os helped a lot it seems

is there a portable app version of firefox or chrome that might work for you dude?

firefox 52 and opera 42 both state to support server 2k3, they both work down to 2k as well, as long as at least ff have a CPU with SSE2 instruction set, opera only needs SEE, that P3 era stuff and yes I have used both on my Athlon MP setup
