nice work! good to see another pcmhacking powered drag car :)

any plans to turn the boost up ?

its interesting looking at the splits in your time slip, your car 60 foots quicker than mine, but by the 1/8th mine is quicker ... which means i obviously need to lift my game cause my car is probably a few hundred kgs lighter lol!

but its probably also the difference between a big cube supercharged motor v's a smaller cubes high boost turbo motor!

either way love it!

Thanks alot, yes im just seting up now for more boost, ive got a smaller pulley which will spin the blower close to 60,000rpm. should see maybe 14-15psi.
also got 80lb injectors and running on e85.
Planning on running again very soon.
yeah the splits are interesting others have said that aswell, i think maybe cause the short 1st gear of the 4l60e? helps with the 60 foots.
what gearbox you running?

How's the auto hold up? Haven't heard of many racers running the electronic shift.

VS should be about 1450kg.

Have you looked at raptor chargers? From my research it appears they have a much better compressor map than any other centrifugal charger available and they are very low inertia to boot and more efficient.

On alloytec 3.6L these chargers do well over 300rwKw so I'd imagine get better with worked 355.

The electronic auto took a while to get it working good, rebuilt twice over past few years, first time was the sprag bearing failed, fitted a sonnax heavy duty 2-3 shift valve that helps with this and second time was a 3-4 clutch failure, using a zpac clutch still for now. there is an upgrade drum now which holds extra clutches.
As for programing using the 11p its awsome, just had to spend the time logging and adjusting shift points etc to get it right.
Runs are Very consistent and hard to beat compared to manually shifting

The car weighs around 1490 - 1500kg on the scales at wsid.
yeah i have seen a raptor on vr 355 was only making 6-7psi, not sure of pulley setup thou but i know the owner wasnt real happy with it, i think they are internal belt drive? the vortech has internal gears with oil feed line ive had it for over 10 years now been very relible
