So its getting pretty close to having all the fuel system and coolant/oil feed hoses all finished in preparation for building the new motor which i hope to start on in the next 3-4 weeks :punk:

I have worked out what i want to do with the wastegate so i'll be working on that next but need a few more pieces of exhaust pipe before i can fully finish it, also need some more bits to do the dump pipe too.

hopefully collect the block sometime next week from getting bored then i can dummy it up to see how it all looks for deck height!

Used a left over bit of roll bar pipe for the wastegate dump pipe and use the pipe bender to make it fit nicely 8-)

The plan is to blend it into the turbo dump pipe down in the inner guard.

I've been trying to get out to the shed all week to play with my new exhaust pipe pieces, finally got an early knock off from work Friday arvo and got this made!

The wastegate pipe will blend nicely into the bend at the end of the pipe before it goes out the guard ... obviously the pipe needs to be shortened on an angle to match the guard profile, but you get the general idea!

Will also be adding the cross bolts before the last bend to keep andra happy and keep them out of sight inside the guard.

lol funny you should say that HQ, I took these photos then realised I hadn't placed any valid reference in them!

got stuck in yesti arvo, and got the dump pipe finished off along with welding the waste gate pipe into it.

This is where the waste gate pipe merges into the dump pipe, nice straight shot into the last bend!

The end of the dump pipe is about 1inch too long, I wanted to get the hole cut in the guard and have it all bolted up before I work out the final length of the dump pipe. should also give me a good reference point to mark the hole.
