I believe these are the same weight as a Torana so should work out well.

if your refering to a LC/LJ then possibly, i know its certainly lighter than a LH/LX..

gemini was 974kg stock and it about 2kg heavier in 202 turbo race trim :)

Stock FX Holden is ~1010kg according to wikipedia, so should still be good :)

FX/FJ is lighter than the LC/LJ Torana, 1025-1036kg.

Yea it's LC LJ I was referring to. If their lighter it wouldn't be by much. Amazing when you put them side by side. It will need some serious suspension mods to make it handle but I have total confidence in your ability after seeing some of your past projects. Boy how many projects can one man have on the go at the same time? I suppose I am the same with bikes boats and cars all on the go.

yeah the leaf spring rear end makes me wonder .... i know they can be made to handle power, but at what cost compared to a 4 link rear! ....

4 link means alot of body mods and im just not sure i want to do that to the humpy!

as for projects, i only have two :) the Bedford and the FX .... the gemini is getting passed on :)

but then theres my brothers turbo v6 vp, my other brother thats getting the gemini, firebugs gemini ... so when you look at it that way theres alot of projects to spread my time around :)

yeah but I couldn't be fucked compromising what I want as a race car to be able to drive it on the street!

this is more the style I'm looking for, some wheels and a bit of lowering and that's it.
