Thanks, those look to be the old Delco Corsa's?, Mine is a Bosch Infineon C167CR with ME7.6.1 on it.

I found that once i had selected ME7 with MPPS cable for download which has 512kb bin size, if i make sure i select ME7.5 i get the full 1Mb bin download.

I had a play around after doing some reading on this ecu and found perhaps a couple of maps, the issue will be i think dealing with checksums.

Yeah it does look like yours is a bit different, I will have to have a look when I get a chance at the workshop but it looks like the interesting identifiers are around 1A98C onwards.

From the info I found for the Bosch ME7.6.1
4 injection 16x12 tables in 16Bit @ 14C18, 14D98, 14F18 & 15098 & the row & column are in bin just before the tables

Injection Extension 16x12 in 16Bit @ 140B8 & same for all row & column info before tables

Lambda Sensor 16x16 in 16Bit @ 1D694

Spark Advance at mid throttle in 8Bit @ 11C5F & 11D1F

Spark Advance in 8Bit @ 10FFA & 110AA

The WinOLS tester version is good to find Bosch tables & can find the row & columns too & then I manually hand create in tunerpro but can be hard to find the exact conversion details!

Just had another quick look & the 4 separate injection tables don’t seem to have the BoschII axis’s before the tables, but the injection Extension table does so maybe they all just use those column & row’s?

thanks will check it out. Yeh it hard even when axis are given to know what they mean. On the scantool i see airflow is in kg/h from MAF and at full throttle it's up in teh 100's so scaled axis of 0-255 might be that and other is rpm.

Yeah it makes it hard with ecmtitanium too as they have all those tables I mentioned rpm VS load, but most of their stuff I just use as a guide & then winOLS to give more info & then try & find other people’s info off the net!

had a play with TIS and using VZ ECU in the barina, unfortunately there different hardware id's so they can't be interchanged. The internals are different to. one thing for this im guessing is Barina is Kline vs VZ Can bus?

Hardware ID's:
VZ is 12590358 and Barina is BOS 01260261207721

Ecu Part No:
VZ 0261209025
Barina 0261207721

Looking at security of these they use pin system like VZ it seems, BCM and Cluster has pin stored, apparently ecu not, i havn't been able to find anything but it's tied into it all.

on the topic of immo off on VZ and these type of ecu's i came across this post, like most other bosch ecu's there's a security memory chip that can be modded, so i guess there maybe one on these as well, but obviously hard to get to.

Also i found this, down the bottom of the page, there is obviously a memory dump mode for these, which you can then search for the pin code which would be mighty helpful for using 2nd hand ecu's to replace bad ones.
