RVK 355 my main toy

Post by RVK355 »

here are some pics of my main ride, i have owned this car for well over 10 years now, the engine has gone through a lot of different changes over the years.
quick basic run down of whats in it atm

355 harrop crank, 13.5 comp, scat H beam rods, CP forged flattop pistons, 4 bolt main caps, grout filled VT block, custom solid flat tappet cam shaft, solid lifters, YT platinum shaft mount rockers, ported VN heads, match ported Harrop single plain manifold, quick fuel 850 methanol carb, modified pacemaker extractors. made 607hp at the crank, still yet to run it back down the strip but the last combo it ran 10.27 @ 129 mph

all the machine work and cylinder head porting done by tony knight engines, i do all the engine assembly and other bits on the motor

i also used to skid this thing years ago when i was running a dry sump on it to help it live at 8700rpm

enjoy

Good to see this is still getting about. I remember it from the burnout days. Good times.

I was on Street Commodores but under a different user name (streaker) but you'll see me on AV8 and JC where I'm a mod/admin with the same user name.
