What ecu you going to use?
IKR. what the hell happened?
the standard ECU is in there at the moment with a nvram board in place of the memcal. at the moment the MAF is there. at the moment.

Started developing this along the way too ;

Image

Onto my 3rd prototype so far it will house a 52mm and 73mm gauge in it ; one for AFR the other for Boost Pressure.
There will be two cups that come out facing towards the drive inclined at 22 and 15 degrees off axis soas to make sure the gauges are actually useful albeit buried down low in a dash (this will sit under where the radio normally is in front of the cigarette lighter on the VT.

i also started playing around with the 3" mandrels I have for the exhaust pipe. i will do the dump and then baby it down the road to an exhaust place for them to complete the v band to the cat etc. you really need a car up in the air to be able to effectively do exhausts, plus, not real good with angles and maths (actually fucking atrocious to be honest)

boostadore hit a slight snag.
i found water sitting in passenger footwell, hardly any got to the ECU sitting on the floor, took it out, water inside the case, minimal. swapped the ECU out and put the nvram into another ECU, sometimes cranks and starts then immediately stops, other times, i turn the key to crank and get nothing. thankfully i leave the battery ground disconnected when the car is sat.

to be continued ..... :)

Boosties back.
- plugged in TP
- tried to connect / sometimes connected. not happy. DTCs on and off, 34000rpm. VATS fail. Awesome
- pulled DS1425Y
- put memcal with no VATs - fired straight up
- put DS in TL866, read AOK, verified OK.
- wrote enhanced back to DS
- read back OK
- nvram back in car, turned key, instant start

wierd. i know we have to turn shit on and off in IT alot but, pull and re-write the chip and reinstall? hmmmmm
