Your electronic control unit is very similar to mine. But I have a 1992 Opel Astra F.
"Classic" GM TBI 700 with a butterfly valve D = 38 mm and a fuel pressure of 0.8 bar.
Mono-injector head C16NZ:
1. Diameter of the throttle diffuser at the bottom - 38 mm, on the damper No. 80700.
2.Nozzle - No. 5278
3. Throttle position sensor - No. 80692
4. idling stepper motor - No. 59601. ISM has a pointed cone and a diameter larger than that of the previous regulator.
The upper part of the mono-injector has No. 17088112
In the GM catalog 17094145

I have just learned how to diagnose it with WinALDL adapter. https://youtu.be/KvVZiHbZXT4 There are subtitles in the video.

Hello,

Your engine C16NZ looks nearly the same (found some engine rooms when googling for C16NZ) as mine, C13N, with MAP-sensor and single injector. Distributor looks the same. The ECM looks similar on the inside, also 160 baud, i have a 12V-signal on pin E when connecting pin A and B with 10k resistor.

Have you found any ads-files for logging, maybe I can use the same?

Best regards,
Anders

You can't just add high speed aldl if its not in the ecu code. If it doesn't have the uart chip the code in the memcal probably doesnt have 8192 baud aldl output
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

My ecm looks like the other ecm´s in this thread, missing chip U2 and U5, so I guess it is not made for 8192 baud communication, only 160 baud.
I hoped it was possible to get some live data from sensors, and DTC´s, via 160 baud/12V on pin E , because this thread had the same/similar hardware, same/similar ads-file ?

Thanks,

Anders
