Switching Maps Delco Multec (red/white)

Post by wesselh93 »

Hi Guys,

I was browsing some on the interwebs, when I came on a Russian website.
My Russian is not that good so I put it trough the translation matrix from our friends at silicon valley.

It is a while ago so I don't have the link any more, but I still have the results of testing.

The prom for example the CMJS, CDJS, CMJR ecu's are two files in one. one for regular fuel, one for sh*t fuel.
When you make a switch as shown in the attached picture, you can choose the map.

I believe you effectively make pin a16 high or low on the prom.

Normaly when driving you use the second part of the prom, when using sh*t fuel you use the first half.

Ooh and by the way, don't take attention to the mess I made in the ECU, it was some screwed leftover, only used to test once.
