Owner is planning to test it this arvo so at least we'll know either way and we can make the relevant changes in the tune to suit.

Well the owner took it for a spin last night, left it in Drive and Power mode and gave it some beans but it was till upshifting at the regular rpm range :( Sissy shifting as the owner is now calling it....

Back to the drawing board.

Still using BLCC standard bin.

I really should convert it over.

edit: how do you check to ensure it is going into power mode and using the relevant tables?

I guess you'd need to log it. Good excuse to go to 11P I think.

yeah should tell you in the log....

I would expect that the light on the dash should tell you, but if there is a wiring issue it might not .....

maybe try kickdown mode tables eg: KickDown - Kickdown mode 2-3 upshift threshold. its been a while since I played with gbox shift points but I think they may act as a WOT shift point. anyways I had to edit all the kickdown tables in order to get a manualiser bin to work.

Yes, I need to get off my ass and get it all transferred over, need to figure out what I've changed in the factory tune. 11p will be easier to work with as things are lay'd out a bit nicer as well :)

Dash light is showing power mode. We checked that.

That was what I was thinking too. Will test that next when memcals arrive from the owner.
