no v8 quad throttle bodies are not ITB..... they are 4 throttle bodies in one housing that all feed the same plenum airspace. from the airflow point of view, not any different to one big throttle, except given that there are four plates and they open in opposite directions, the airflow behind it is even across the area of the throttle body.

I found a link with some data gathered on a real engine showing how different runner lengths change the dyno graph. this clearly shows that based on the design from the video, cylinder 1 and 4 will have different airflow once on a real engine. he does have an EGT sensor in each port, so he should be able to tune the individual cylinders to have the same exhaust temp.
