My plan now is to pull the kick panels and check for shit that shouldn't be there.

The only connection I can make is that possibly there is still something in there from the LPG that was on the CAN line to listen to the fuel guage and possibly prevent the car from starting with no petrol?

Im still most suspect of the dash configuration. The tech2 isnt showing fuel level as a %, its showing voltage. I think there is no translation of that voltage anywhere but within the dash. There should be a table in there with about 5 data points from memory that show ohms or volts for percentages low to high, or high to low. I also recall hearing that the earlier dash boards cant do the inverted range, I think that change happened mid model. If it never worked it could be an early model dash with a late model sender and you might need a newer dash. Cant confirm any of this, just things I think I heard over the years looking at dashboards and aftermarket conversions.

Have now had all the kick panels and lower dash trims out, the ONLY non original wiring in this car is a kill switch that we fitted....

Thanks Ant, I'm not certain about the cluster/s being at fault, all have had the latest software injected via SPS for this VIN.

The PCM is still standing out as a problem.

Does anyone have a stock 2005 VZ 5.7 PCM full read?

Ive compared the apps and the table I was thinking of is under "primary volume gauge" in your screenshot. Im sure you have looked there.
