Re: VY SS Sedan auto
would be perfect if you could get that on the front of the turbo!
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!

Re: VY SS Sedan auto
Well been busy moving houses. That’s finally done, and now time to start back up on the ss. Transmission left the building about a month ago in the ss after some spirited driving. The 4l80e arrived about 2weeks after though. But now I’m thinking I’d rather a manual anyway. Since the misses don’t like manual she’s scored the 80e. Some pretty big changes coming from the ss soon, so stay tuned

Been waiting for updates...lost motivation & tad stuck with sv8 that won't turn over lol.
Have you moved ecu to under dash?
Keen to see how it's down & maybe give it a go.

I’ll wait till I get a manual loom to re-locate the pcm. Next on my list is some body work, wheels, turbo manifolds ect.

Re: VY SS Sedan auto
Slowly gathered some parts to start on vy sv8...mafless tune you did awhile back is now in with 1 7/8 long tube extractor from Roadstar, look very similar if not same copy as Empire.
Drivers side complete nightmare to fit, clearance to clutch line & chassis rail tad too close for my liking...unsure how to get more clearance or if need heat protection.
Had to ditch heatshields for starter etc, hopefully get cat pipes to suit twin 3" x-force done Wednesday.
Pick up mafless vcm plastic otr tomorrow then try to fire it up.
Wanted to relocate pcm to underdash but was ready to set car on fire after extractors saga lol.
What adapter or piece did you use for throttlebody water bypass?
What's going on with yours?
