My non EFI Car

This is the car that I usually fiddle around with, I purchased it in 1989.

All "old school" stuff
1972 2 door LJ Torana
202 with blue motor crank
9 port head with the usual port work.
254° duration cam
Tripple 2" SU's on an Armours manifold
4 speed Saginaw transmission with V-Gate shifter
Hilux diff with 4.88:1 gears
26x8.5x15 slicks
Car weighs 1200kg

nice one! its intresting to see the differences in your time slips compared to mine, ie. the quicker 60' and also the quicker ET but same km's almost ... shows where i need to improve :)

anyways, love it, love the sound of tuff 202's :) and yeah stop being slack and get the WSID vid up!

so do you live near WSID ? go there often ?

I live in the central west(Gulgong) NSW, but I get to the WSID as often as I can, I have to work 2 weekends in 4 so it have to juggle it around that & the wife.
Time cards are similar, that's why I said that you'll get a 12. :thumbup:

Saginaw (Chev)it has the same ratios as an M20 Holden box. I used to have a Muncie in it but the ratios weren't right. Muncie will now go into the HZ Ute that I'm currently rebuilding.

My intention is to be at Gunnedah, as long as my annual leave is approved.
