HA HA HA
If I knew the tyre looked like that, the old sphincter would have clenched even tighter. My Qstarz gps shows 210.99 kmh

It actually looks worse than what it is.
The tyre dude said a pocket of air can build up in between the skin and the carcass.
When we pulled the tyre off there was no signs of any damage or anything weird.
Just one of those things that can happen.

Update.....I have nothing to update about the car but have finally made the move to a nice place on 3 acres with a 3 car garage for the HQ and HJ coupes and the VT track car also has its own shed.
No longer will I have to:
Darryl – Oh Steve could you move the Camira I need to get the Torana out so I can get to the Commodore.
Steve – I’ll have to get the keys to the Cortina if I’m gonna move that Camira. Darryl – Yeah watch the boat mate.
My VS mate has also made a move so we should be back on the track around August/Septemberish and looking forward to clearing the cobwebs out of the VT.
Now to catch up on tons of reading on here.
