MAGP, its only hj's in the later stuff that had it, doesnt work anyway aha, use the tacho,

Immortality, im guessing you mean the parkbench? spent a month building it, finished it the night before a car show, went to it, and sold it 3days later, ill build another one day, but the hz prem wagon is having its turn atm
why have one 202, when you can have 12 and counting, 30+ car graveyard just for fun aswell

I vaguely, I may be wrong, remember it being a Belmont spec thing and the Kingswood and Premier had the square dash gauges.

all hj's had the long speedo, belmonts and basic kingswood had speedo and fuel gauge, prem and upmarket kingswood, (not sure on statos) had speedo, fuel gauge, temp gauge, and either a clock or oil pressure

Any engine can perform with enough money spent on it but I still stand behind what I said. The 253 is in the same category with the 307 Chev and the lame duck Falcon 6's. It's more than the final power figure with things like how quick the engine accelerates etc. Having said that and being an arse I suppose it might be OK with a few mods and sound better than a 202. Buy the way you have done a great job with the resto. It looks smick as.

I've seen and (been) in a few quick 2fluffy3's I think they got there bad name in the 90's early 00's when there were heaps of stroker cranks for 304's. They are one of the toughest sounding V8's around, many a bloke has been embarrassed by the noise they make ! Give me a 355 any day though
