Single plane is fine guessing efi heads if Active brand...they were cast fairly ordinary iirc rquired fair bit of matching porting although probably helps on low comp,small carb stocker.

Heard later hiwinder copies with small carb work well too if it lines up ok,the early ones were horrid.

na still running red heads on this one, your right with the manifold though, ports are a fair bit smaller than the head, i just squared them up a little, did match them, wanted it running aha
why have one 202, when you can have 12 and counting, 30+ car graveyard just for fun aswell

Wow never seen Active manifold for early heads just the efi head version which was first single plane on the market

now running a dual plain edelbrock manifold, massive difference, alot more driveable,
really should change the name of the thread, has its no longer the daily, sadly
why have one 202, when you can have 12 and counting, 30+ car graveyard just for fun aswell

dual plane is good up till about 5000rpm, single plane is good from about 5000rpm and upwards :P
