My current bin file Delco to Mitsubishi 2L turbo. I have no idea what size injectors it has.

Thanks for this bin. We used it as a base, set 60 degrees ref for the coil packs, set 1 bar map, lowered the idle RPM table, copied a few settings (injrate, a VE and Spark with extra rows) from "AHLU 6173 Astra 1600 TBI Manual $54.zip" and the Isuzu 1500 has fired up and is running nicely. Hopefully its owner posts a thread about the project when the doors are back on, the re-co'd brakes are back on it, and we've done a bit of road tuning.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396
