I tried with the new bcm(se model) and old gt pcm and the security light stayed solid for over 15 minutes. It just wasnt willing to talk to the bcm or vice versa. The se bcm and se pcm talk but i keep thinking there might be discrepancies between pcms(gt and se) they all have the same part number from old to new but its bugging me. Im gonna read the bin from the se later today and see whats different compared to the two.Cincinnatus wrote:Won't the 3x 10 mins theft learn work on it?

The 2004 Alero V6 and the 2001 Grand AM I4 only require 1x 11minute cycle to reset.Cincinnatus wrote:Won't the 3x 10 mins theft learn work on it?

I know about the cycle, but if you throw a new bcm in there without matching pcm it wont let you do a relearn.MudDuck514 wrote:The 2004 Alero V6 and the 2001 Grand AM I4 only require 1x 11minute cycle to reset.Cincinnatus wrote:Won't the 3x 10 mins theft learn work on it?
