I think I will strip the whole throttle body down and give it a good clean and see how it goes

Also check tps voltage ,it should be beloww 0.8 volts from memory at idle and when you look at it as a percent tps when datalogging it should be zero at idle.

below 0.45 at idle is normal for closed tps voltage will go into idle mode above that a bit though if its set too high it will sit there at 1000-1500 thinking its cruising along LOL

Your map value seems a bit low ,there is a setting for max map for idle ,also have you set the right flags for 2 or 3 bar map sensor.

Also looking at your baro ,50kpa,it should be 100.Check that the map settings match the sensor.

Well my day has just turned to crap!
Have just relised that I didn't tick the 2 bar flage before I started tuning this engine, so I will have to start all over again.
Well on the bright side at least some of the issues that I have been having will start to make sense now.

Just a novice question, is the idle max map setting setting " Scaler: IAC Params - Maximum MAP load limit".
I assume this setting is normally raised with aftermarket camshafts. What are the symptoms if this setting is left oem with a larger camshaft installed?

If it is set to low the manifold vac on overrun wont be enough to stop the iac from counting down while in overrun, its more of a prob with manuals, and big cams, and can cause the idle to be to low or stall when you pull up at lights.
