Standalone knock sensor/ output from standard ecu for wolf v

Does someone have ideas on how to set up an output from a vt ecu for controlling led's or a aux output for a wolf v4?
Or maby a knock filter board ect out vn ecu to make some form of knock monitor.
Orrrr just a good priced aftermarket knock box
