$8F code changes to work with TP5 Plugin

What changes to a bin are necessary to get the TP5 Plugin to work with the $8F to do real time updates?

Is just Mode 10 (8 byte write) needed?

Aside from the bin changes for mode 10 and an ID it also needs to be added to the plugin - it needs to know things like what memory mapping to use when it gets a valid ID from a bin.
