Hi all,
I can't get tunerpro RT to connect to my VN V6 running an 808 on 12p. The car starts and runs fine. I'm using the bin,adx,xdf from the 12p package, also using the plugin. I'm running NVRAM & usb setup from VL400. I have setup the com port and it seems correct. Tunerpro says cable is functioning correctly, however it won't detect hardware or connect to vehicle. I tried the flash tool and done a get cal and it seems to connect ok. I have tried changing the echo settings also with no success. Any ideas anyone?

if you have a laptop car charger plug it in .i cant detect or connect with tunerpro without my laptop powered
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

also make sure nothing else is using the com port. eg close the flash tool if you connected with it and then left it running (not sure that you need to close it, but just an idea). You did set the com port in the plugin?

Thanks for your replies. Tried the car charger, made no difference. Yes I set up the com port in the plugin. I have closed the flash tool. Still the same.

Problem fixed. I just uninstalled tunerpro & reinstalled it again and it's detecting the hardware and connecting ok now. Thanks for your help delco & antus.
