Re: VN S1 V6 m62 9PSI bin file
maybe the charger is noisey i run a pretty good size cam stock old lifters and yella terra roller rockers and dont get any knock retard or maybe you need some longer pushrods and that extra preload.i gained half a second on the 1/4 from extra preload after doing valvesprings
If Its Got Gas Or Ass Count Me In.if it cant be fixed with a hammer you have an electrical problem

Re: VN S1 V6 m62 9PSI bin file
charger has all new bearings, rotors, nose drive and so on. lifters aren't probably liking rockers in it either, so ive concluded all that false knock is engine noise. in near future will be pulling down engine (dreaded sump leak ) and give it a good go over while im there. heres a fresh log and tune. log was done in 3rd gear ambient temp was 19 degrees.

Looks like you dont have a knock sensor filter board installed, constant ~200 knock counts which is why timing is always being pulled and then decays out above 3500RPM when you have it set to stop using the sensor.

Re: VN S1 V6 m62 9PSI bin file
that could be it, can I install the knock board to the NVRAM with adaptor? or I it may have been one of my oversights?
this could explain a lot ahaha

There are two options..
1 - Plug a V6 memcal in to the headers of the NVRAM.
2 - Remove a V6 knock filter and solder it direct to the NVRAM board pads.

you might want to re-log and tune again after its installed. it might be pinging off its tits and you never knew about it.
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.

it also might like a lot more timing too if your lucky
No matter what the question is, the answer is always more horsepower!
