OSE 12P V112

Post by VL400 »

This is the OSE 12P software for your delco '808 engine computer. Main features are boost, wideband support, and realtime tuneability with windows support on the PC side.

So, to get OSE12P working just download the package below and burn the bin –there are V6 and V8 bins. The XDF is FULLY featured thanks to Antus and his fantastic script to generate the XDF. There are ADX files for Tunerpro 5 (1,2 and 3 bar) thanks to Holden202T and also TP5 bubble tracing thanks to Jayme.

This tune runs my twin cam G200W Isuzu 2L 4 Cylinder in my gemini. It was originally ported across by hand from my kalmaker sp3 tune, and has been tweaked more by hand as well as automatically with narrowband VE learn in the car since then. It would be a good starting point for any other 4 cylinder tunes :driving:

Update: ants tune v1-0-0.cal removed, and updated to a complete 32k binary containing ose12p v1.0.0 with ants isuzu g200w 2.0L L4 tune revision 1.0.1. It looks like ants tune revision 1.0.0 did not run properly, so use this instead.

This may be a couple of silly questions.
1. I have a Camira JE Wiring loom and this program is a modified VR Commodore is the ecu pin out the same?
2. Is it possible to post a Pin out for the $12P with the added outputs.
3. The 4 tables in the program how do you use them? How to select the two inputs to compare and what is the output.

Cheers
Jason

1. yes the pinouts are the same
2. Attached. Colours are based on the JE camira EFI loom as its a seperate loom and therefore a good base to use.
3. use the flash tool to configure the sensors and tables and save the changes to the bin and the xdf, then use tunerpro with that xdf to configure the data

good luck :)

I just looked at the JE wiring and noted there is no C7 4th gear over temp signal input and VN and VP have this.
Is it in the programing or not required.
and if this is not required do we have to disconnect this wire to prevent problems.
Also is B12 for wide band O2 input.
