I'd recommend if you haven't already, put it in diag mode and ensure the dizzy is in the right spot for the reference angle in the tune.

Haven't posted in a while so just wanted to give an update. The car is running very well. I have run it with 10psi of boost so far and it is doing fine. I am adding an intercooler soon so I can go up on the boost, I haven't had a lot of time over the last few months to tweak on it because of working. Thanks again for all of the help.

OK guys I need some help, My electric fan comes on almost as soon as the car is started even when cold. It is also running pig rich especially at Idle, When I first started this Delcowizid was helping me and I remember him saying something about the difference in the temp sending units here in the states vs what you guys have, I think I have a wrong value somewhere for the temp unit and I need to change it.

either that or its in limp mode, in which case the fan should come on before you even start the motor just with the ignition on and also that might explain why its pig rich.

It does not come on until the engine has started and runs for about 10 seconds. cold or warm same results.

I think you'll need to get tunerpro going again and get some logs. Also post up a copy of the bin. Certainly somethings not right. If its the temp sender it should be easy to test. A quick way to test for sanity is to key on but not start when the car is cold and the air temp and coolant temp should read near on the same thing (which also should be close enough to ambient temp). I reckon it might be something physical though if it was not doing this prior and you have not changed the tune. A log will likely point you in the right direction. Check for sain data on the dash board, and also check the DTCS on the data page. It'll almost certainly say o2 volts high if its pig rich, but it might also point to an open or short circuit somewhere.

yeah shorted CTS will give you richness, but it will go negative I think so shouldn't turn the fan on!

I have never been able to get my WBo2 to work, I have the sensor output going to D8 and the ground to D10, I checked the out put at the ECM connector and it is showing the correct voltage but 12p is not reading it, any thoughts? Wanted to get this to work and then do a log to post. BTY, 20 degrees difference in the MAT and engine temperature readings this morning. engine temp is 20 higher.

Post a log ith wideband connected anyway if you have one.

have you configured the 0v and 5v wideband settings to suit your wideband in $12P ?
