OSE12P PWM Solid State Relay

Post by K1ng0011 »

I am running OSE12p. I believe I know the answer to this question and it wont work or work properly. In the documentation for OSE12P it states that it does have the PWM capability at 32hz on the flex outputs. Looking around for solid state relays that could be used with this I came across this Crysler solid state relay below that they use to control electric fans from the factory. From what I have read it seem it uses 128hz on the control wire for the solid state relay at 100% usage. So am I correct that OSE12P will not work with this solid state relay? If it will not work are there any other solid state relays that will work with the flex output that anyone would recommend?

I found the following post where VL400 references a good heavy duty relay you can get in Australia that looks like it is compatible with the OSE12P. Looks like they are rated for 100AMPs. The input side of of the solid state relay from the ECU is 0-32V. So if I followed the wiring diagram of the of the haltech solid state relay I could control an electric fan for example?
