Thanks!

For anyone wondering here is the feature list for V4:
  • Selectable N/A, 2 bar, 4 bar VE Table
  • Boost Spark Adder
  • Open Loop Boost Control
  • Wideband Closed Loop Fueling
  • Wideband Scaling
  • Wideband Fault Delay Time
  • Launch Control (Soft & Hard Limit)
  • Timed Launch Spark Adder
  • Flat Foot Shit
  • Spark Cut Engine Speed Limiter (Soft & Hard Limit)
  • Desired Air/Fuel Ratio
  • Gen 4 MAF Calibration Table
  • Disable MAF Fueling (Speed Density)
  • Over-Boost Spark Cut
Now to start thinking about V5 :)

Can either V3 or V4 support a MAF and closed loop wideband?

Closed loop wideband? Can you elaborate on how this is utilized? Are you using the 0 to 5v output of the wideband controller to an input on pcm? TIA

Yep that's exactly what is done.

I know this is from a while back....but just wanted to add some detailed and extremely helpful info on this topic  .

Not to say a gen4 DBW throttle body is impossible on a P59, but it's exceptionally unlikely. The chip in the tac module doesn't appear to be readable, at least for my skills. Maybe someone can write a super fancy dump script but it's doubtful.

Now if we could get a dump, it should be write-able. someone could make a new TAC module, but at that point you may as well bought the torque rush adapter.

Big thanks to Bubba2533 for V4 (never used V3 but I'm sure it's almost as good). I did my swap with a P01 and a chinese PSI LS1 DBC swap harness, but I recently started having O2 issues that would kill my fuel trims and force open loop all the time, which isn't what I wanted (stock swap into 1984 Volvo 244, summer daily). I checked the pinouts and it was all a go, so I swapped to a P59 with V4 OS on it. Once I moved over all the important stuff (GenIII MAF table, injector table for return fueling, etc) it fired right up and closed loop idled like a dream :). I've got a second wideband coming to make sure my chinese injectors aren't over/under fueling the banks, but it's a night/day difference so far.

I'm sure one day I'll exploit more of the goodies inside V4 but even on an NA stock swap, it's effing great. BIG thanks to Bubba! :punk: :punk: :punk:

Only one minor 'complaint' is that I'd love to switch the *F tables to *C, since I'm not in the USA and the XDF is locked. I never learned *F so the mental conversion is a bit laggy, lol.

Awesome, I'm glad it's working for you.

Yeah, I feel like either way (C or F) someone will not be familiar with the one that's picked. I would really like it if TunerPro had the flexibility to have multiple units for the same table axis, because then it would make everyone happy.

I'll adapt, no biggie. I've been meaning to convert my head to lambda, so this will definitely help. I've been ignoring it for years, even though it's far simpler when dealing with fuel blends.

Does the 7603 OS support dbc or only dbw throttle control?
