Slowing 2nd gear band engagement on 4l60e 11p

Hi all,

I went racing on the weekend, and was trying to get the shift pattern sorted (which is a whole other story for another day), but looking at the log, on the 1-2 change the wheel speed jumps from 74 to 99kph before dropping to 90 and then climbing as per normal.
I feel that this is 2nd engaging too quickly and forcing slight wheel spin which isn't good on a slippery track.

Am I able to back off the band engagement timing slightly?
