Tuning info

Post by dgbullet »

Hi There
I have a program loaded onto a memcal in a 808 ecm and wondered if anyone would be able to get the info off it and load onto another memcal which could be later changed using tuner pro.
I’m located in Perth

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Something like that is possible yes. I assume its sp3? Does the computer have a comms mod and can you talk to it from the pc? You can download the tune with oseplugin, compare it to a stock kalmaker tune, and then migrate the changes in to ose12p and run that on an ecm nvram. To get a bit of an idea take a look at the guides in the FAQ area, link near the top right of the screen. Thats not sp3 to 12p, but it should give you a bit of an idea about the tuning process which will help you understand what your going to to need to do, terminology etc.
Have you read the FAQ? For lots of information and links to significant threads see here: http://pcmhacking.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1396
