So ive finally got rego sorted and took it for its first drive around the corner to the olds. Started fine and drove there no worries and ii didnt take it about 2000rpm.

Idleing when i got there and i noticed oil leaking and found out its coming out the dipstick. Turned it off. let it sit for about half an hour and it had stopped leaking.
Seems like it could be pressurising the crankcase maybe???

Tried to start it and it wouldnt start, took about 20 goes till it finally started and was surging at idle. I quickly got it rolling and cruised it home. Was surging at times while driving too. Ill put up a log to see if anyone can see whats wrong with the tune etc.

If i can remember correctly this is all ive changed in the tune,

400-800rpm idle and main spark to 25
Boost afr to 11.8 for the whole table
100kpa spark into boost table taking out 1 degree for every 10kpa
Injector flow to 0.043
Injector opening time vs battery voltage to numbers i found on the forum

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Cheers

What have you got set up with the PCV? Do you struggle for a decent vacuum source with a side mount blower? If you can keep a decent vacuum in the sump it solves many issues.

It's just the standard setup. I took the hoses off the rocker covers and it still wouldn't idle properly. I took the drain off the blower and it stopped I coming out the dipstick so I'm thinking I need to run the drain to the sump cause maybe the dipstick can't handle it.....

Can you post a log at idle when warm. There looks like some very lean areas but looking at the change in injector duration of only 0.2 it swings from around 14 to off the scale.

In this one i turned off closed loop, changed the idle afr around the idle areas a bit richer and has made it a little better but still running rough.

Perhaps someone smarter than me can help. Your knock sensor is turned off but the knock count looks crazy (to me anyway).
