Make sure you have decent amount of idle timing too.
Around 24 at 60-80kpa

Dylan thanks for info idle timing map is all around 23 deg or so already
And tapers of onto main map around 22 deg or so also for smooth transition

Post a bin and log mate see what others might pick up.
The idle dying off and swinging rich is a very common early symptom when tuning with a cam like this.

Here is a copy of the tune i am using on the car.
Just got data tracing working so going back this weekend to try fine tune it a bit more

Have a look here, purely a quicks change with no log file. Us at own risk.

What this is showing is usually what's needed. Idle at 60-80kpa at around 35% VE and timing in the high 20's.

Idle AFR mid high 14's when warm.

Cranking fuel reduced as required with inefficient cams

Id have the throttle stop keeping the butterfly open quite a bit as a start. With this set up you will want the idle solenoid to be doing minimal work at idle. 10 steps max here.


If you can come back with some logs we can work together to dial this in.

Dam dylan just saw you replied and i got no notification. I have it running and drives good For now.
Owner is going to do some other work finishing of car then get back to me.
