Can someone check my VN V6 supercharged tune
Can someone check my VN V6 supercharged tune
Had a poke around with my tune today, very much a noob with this.
Anyone care to take a look at the logs and give judgement?
Log6 is a final road log
Log7 is an idol log
Thanks

It's getting continual knock. I'd check for something like a loose alternator bracket or something like that that is giving a false signal. I'll still spend some more time looking.

The continuous false knock is pretty typical for these, especially when the engine has high Ks or extractors. I just disable it by maxing the enable temp for it.
I'm the director of VSH (Vlad's Spec Holden), because HSV were doing it ass about.

It does have extractors and is in a tight Gemini engine bay.vlad01 wrote:The continuous false knock is pretty typical for these, especially when the engine has high Ks or extractors. I just disable it by maxing the enable temp for it.
The alternator has new brushes and is secured well.
Engine only has around 100k on it.
The S14 supercharger is very loud on it.
I'm pretty sure the knock is disabled in the Delco but not completely sure.
It is throwing a knock sensor code.
Thanks

This is the setting to disable it. Sounds like the sensor is faulty or the wiring is broken somewhere, but just disable it as the knock retard system on the delco is pretty much useless anyway.
